OUR STORAGE AGREEMENT WITH YOU.

A few important points to agree before we get started.

  • You own or are authorised to store the goods.
  • Storage fees must be paid in advance and on time.
  • if you fail to comply with the conditionsa of this agreements Dainton Group Services will hav certain rights which include forfeiture of your deposit and the right to sieze and sell and/or dispose of your goods.
  • You must secure the unit using the lock box position if available.
  • You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
  • You must check the unit is suitable for storing the goods.
  • Dainton Group Services liability for loss of and damage to goods is limted to £100 under this agreement.
  • Goods are stored at your sole risk including any road or off-road vehicle.
  • You must take out goods protection either through us or provide a copy of your cover. Dainton Group Services may use and share your personal data and other data in certain circumstances.
  • 7 days notice must be given for termination of this agreement by either party.
